Philip Morris Gateway Center

This 75,000 square foot, three-story office building was built to suit the Philip Morris Company. As a secure facility, the design required special care to ensure the safety of all employees.  The employee friendly and environmentally conscience site provides outdoor jogging trails in the wooded campus with a shower and changing facilities provided within the building.
