Alterra I

This three story core and shell office building will be the first of nine buildings in a new business park development.  Alterra I is designed using sustainable materials and  practices including showers and locker facilities, regional materials, and natural day lighting. These features not only enhance the function and aesthetic of the building but will assist meeting the goal of a LEED silver certification.
